Little Tikes Cozy Coupe

The red-and-yellow plastic car with the Flintstones floor: no pedals, just your feet, a door that opened and a roof that made it feel real. The Little Tikes Cozy Coupe sat in every 90s driveway and daycare, and in 1991 it outsold the Honda Accord and the Ford Taurus.

Little Tikes Turtle Sandbox

The big green plastic turtle in the backyard whose shell lifted off to reveal the sandbox, and went back on to keep the rain and the neighborhood cats out. Little Tikes introduced it in 1979, and by the 90s there was one behind seemingly every house with a toddler.
